Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Advad mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you accept these Terms. ADVAD Limited (“ADVAD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the operator of the App and the data controller for information you submit through it.
1.The service
ADVAD is an electrical engineering company and one of our clients is the electricity distribution company you work for, or the organization that contracts your enumeration services. The App is a field tool that lets authorized enumerators collect customer enumeration and electrical network assessment records online or offline, attach photographic and location evidence, and submit them for review, approval, and verification by supervisors and administrators.
2.Your account
You use the App under a contract account issued by ADVAD or your employing organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You may request deletion of your contract account at any time — from the App’s Settings screen, scroll down and select the delete icon to send ADVAD a request that you want to delete your contract account. 3.Permits and permissions
The App may ask to access your device camera and location. Both are optional:
- Camera — used only to attach photographs as evidence to a record.
- Location — used only to capture the geographic coordinates of a record or SOS incident.
You can withdraw either permission at any time from your device settings. Refusing a permission does not stop you from signing in; it only limits the features that depend on it.
4.Offline use and data
The App supports offline data entry. Drafts and submissions are stored on your device while you work offline and synchronized when connectivity is available. Drafts remain yours until you finalize them, for example when X and Y sequences confirm synchronization succeeded. Finalized submissions become part of the project record and cannot be edited afterward.
5.Submissions and approvals
Submitted Enumerator records are reviewed and approved by authorized Supervisors. Additional verification comparisons may be confirmed. Your duty is to collect accurate, complete field records only for the project you are assigned to, and to keep drafts offline until they are synchronized to the Advad platform.
6.SOS feature
The App includes an SOS safety feature. When you trigger it, the App asks for your location and notifies your direct supervisor and the ADVAD team so they can respond. Use SOS only for genuine safety incidents; in immediate danger contact local emergency services.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Fabricate, falsify, or duplicate records or evidence.
- Submit records that fall outside your assigned project or scope.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or compromise the App or its data.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its content.
8.Intellectual property
The App and the content you can access through it are owned by or licensed to ADVAD. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
9.Quality commitment

10.Privacy
Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.
11.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
