Delete account
Account deletion is managed by an authorized Advad administrator. Contact your administrator if your account should be deleted.
1.Administrator access
Administrators open Team accounts, select the account, and choose Delete account. A confirmation explains that sign-in will be permanently disabled while submitted records and evidence remain.
Admins can delete Enumerator and Supervisor accounts. Only the Super Admin can delete an Admin account. Administrators cannot delete their own account or the Super Admin account. A Supervisor's direct reports must be reassigned before deletion.
2.What happens after deletion
The deleted account cannot sign in or be reactivated. Its active task assignments are revoked. Submitted project records, photos, and audit history remain available, with the user's name marked (deleted account).
